I can actually FEEL i cant kill freakn Gal Logis proto because they pack 700 Armor with my 88 per shot becomes 70 per shot. In any case, Scrambler rifles need their bonus changed to 115% vs Shields / 90% Vs armor

This was not a [STARTER FIT], this was a PRO Minmatar Logi stacking Enhanced Extenders in the Highs and Enhanced Plates in the lows. It should take more than two shots to drop that. IMHO, Scrambler Rifles should be tweaked to 140%/60% if not 160%/40%.

All in exchange for Alpha damage,and players want this , THE ONLY TRUE advantage of the scrambler( since now we will have weapons with even BETTER range) to be nerfed.... SRSLY? Why just dont say it out loud: I dont like games with diversity...Nor any weapon that i dont use to be able to kill...

UNLESS it was a Charged shot AND a headshot ,in which case i DO deserve to drop you in 2 shots.(Same as a CHarged Sniper rifle would have 1 shotted you.) |

Not they are not.
The AR fulfills the CQ role VERY good, so much that its better than Shotguns / Novas and sometimes EVEN SMG's at close quarters. So powerful mid range that Nothing beats it at this range. And so powerful at longer ranges that it drops LAser users,scramble R users and Tactical Ar users alike...
Please, a weapon with SO many drawbacks that DENIES you from killing 2+ enemies due to overheat mechanics is never gonna be compared with a 60 bullet AR that nets you 4+ kills per clip.

Hell you say it as it is something insane LOL. My A/1 logi with 2 Cx Sidearm Mods, Ishikune SMG + Toxin SMG and Prof 4 (Dampned of course) Does pretty well in CQ maps...
